I get my injections delivered have rang them but said they’re waiting for prescription from hospital got one left for wed night gone the odd week or so without them but start with more swelling so hope they turn up soon

Well all I can say is I’ve had no problems but I collect mine from the Chemists, automatic prescription from my GP Surgery. Hope you don't have to wait longer than a week if you miss it so quickly.

I'd get on to the hospital to chase your prescription up. I've had the same delay where Lloyd's Home delivery were waiting for the hospital prescription so I pressured the hospital letting them know I only had 1 left and they hurried it up.

Just an update... my dose has been reduced, I collected a new script this morning from the chemists. Metoject which I usually have.

No not that i know of... maybe mismanagement from the hospital

I get mine delivered by health care @ home and they always blame the hospital, specialist nurse once told me it's their default setting to blame the hospital if they've messed it up.

Hi Angela, I haven’t been informed about a shortage, I need to go to the hospital next week to pick up my prescription for the injections, I know they’ve changed from pre filled syringe to the metoject pen, other than that sorry I’m unable to help.

Hi, when I left my last prescription into my local Boots, the pharmacist told me the injections were discontinued so I rang the manufacturers who told me there were no distribution issues and were not being discontinued. They even rang Boots to tell them this. Maybe contact the manufacturers to ask. It would be interesting to know if it is another Boots that has the problem.
