Yummy

Well we both woke up today and said burger..........now as both chefs in past lives we do our own with good meat (special treat as only eat fish now) and lots of yummy trimmings. Gorgeous field mushrooms, herby salad, raw onion and beef tomatoes locally grown. For me a side of beetrrot which hubby calls devils food. He does not get beets which is funny as we moved in to a house surrounded by beet fields.

Followed up by a homemade bread pudding slice filled with apricots and cranberries.

Its probably going to take me DOWN this food but I am going to enjoy it whatever!

I've got early signs of muscle wastage (cachexia)apart from keeping mobile (difficult) I was advised to eat a high protien diet. I'm not sure what you eat and don't eat but,

Fish, eggs, meat, pulses, cheese of all kinds, cows/goat/plant milk.

porridge, avacado are all good.

I love a piece of salmon, a poached egg, with avacado, tomatoes and asparagus. Yummy.

Ha! Ha! You Go for It!!! It sounds delicious!!! 🤗 x

I use to love and adore was the big long sausages called Twizlers and I would eat them 2 time a week, when the kids were in bed asleep lol.

Along came that horrid chef and they stopped making them and I’ve hated the man for it lol. I can’t ask for them to return cos the man died, very inconvenient too. Lol
