Well it’s probably a no no but to hell with it anyway I’m going to treat myself to some streaky bacon. Seems rude not to.

Actually bacon is really ok if it is not processed as is butter. The toast may be an other story. Nothing bad in eggs as long as not prepared in vegetable oils or butter. Coconut oil only oil thats safe for frying food. Eggs ok if you are not allergic. So you really are able to eat healthy including animal fats😊

Each to his own!...HP for me, :-) and you can forget that gross red stuff called ketchup. If I ever eat any of that I'd be calling it fetchup instead! :-)

I’ve eaten in some top places in my time but. If I had to have a last meal it would be the classic ‘heart attack on a plate’. From the greasy spoon caff I used to go in my miss spent youth. Bacon, eggs, tomatoes black pudding and fried bread you can wring the grease out of😂😂

I only treat myself to bacon once in a blue moon as there’s lots of nice food to eat and I love cooking and growing my own vegetables & herbs. I love gardening. Learning more about nutrition is great as it’s opened up more areas for me to discover, like juicing and being able to use the pulp for cakes crackers and veggie burgers. Also I don’t feel I waste the pulp if I’m not up to using it for cooking I can compost it. I think trying to eat most foods is good but now knowing in order to help myself eating as much ant inflammatory foods does help. I’m still learning about other ways to ease my condition so all info is useful xxx

In Oz where I live I can get naturally smoked bacon with no Sodium nitrate or nitrites or other chemicals in it. Tastes great.
