What time do you want me there to with the eating of beautiful BACON MMmmmmm
oh how I would love that, sometimes I have images of toast dripping in butter, but I now what it will doo to me,so its not worth it for myself.
but you enjoy your bacon and eat some for me will you :O)))
Actually bacon is really ok if it is not processed as is butter. The toast may be an other story. Nothing bad in eggs as long as not prepared in vegetable oils or butter. Coconut oil only oil thats safe for frying food. Eggs ok if you are not allergic. So you really are able to eat healthy including animal fats😊
In the Renal Transplant unit they give you bacon and eggs for breakfast I was gobsmacked from cheap and nasty cereal in local hospital to bacon and eggs it was like the Savoy !
With pancakes and maple syrup with mine thanx !!!!
Brown sauce or ketchup? hmm, how about both.
I’ve eaten in some top places in my time but. If I had to have a last meal it would be the classic ‘heart attack on a plate’. From the greasy spoon caff I used to go in my miss spent youth. Bacon, eggs, tomatoes black pudding and fried bread you can wring the grease out of😂😂
We can all feel our arteries furring up just thinking about it😂😂😂
I only treat myself to bacon once in a blue moon as there’s lots of nice food to eat and I love cooking and growing my own vegetables & herbs. I love gardening. Learning more about nutrition is great as it’s opened up more areas for me to discover, like juicing and being able to use the pulp for cakes crackers and veggie burgers. Also I don’t feel I waste the pulp if I’m not up to using it for cooking I can compost it. I think trying to eat most foods is good but now knowing in order to help myself eating as much ant inflammatory foods does help. I’m still learning about other ways to ease my condition so all info is useful xxx
In Oz where I live I can get naturally smoked bacon with no Sodium nitrate or nitrites or other chemicals in it. Tastes great.
