Whether you were diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) in your late teens, early 20's or late 40's, we want to hear your story!

With RA Awareness Week kicking off on Monday, we'd love it if you could share your stories!

Help us to highlight the fact that RA can strike at any age by simply uploading a photo from the year you were diagnosed, include your age and a short quote of how you felt when you received your diagnosis. Upload it on any major social media platform that you use or prefer, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram

Be sure to include the hashtags #AnyoneAnyAge and #RAAW so we can see them!

Upload them where?

in reply toJFlay

Hi JFlay , if you could upload it on any social media platform that you use such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram etc and tag it #AnyoneAnyAge and #RAAW. We'll pick it up on our end and share it with thousands of more people. Hope that helps

I don't use any of those social media sites since my Facebook was hacked! I'm now very nervous about using them. Is there any other way to do it?

Hi Artfanatic , yes there is! You can email us at media@nras.org.uk

Many thanks,
