When my Dr got an x-ray on my knees she got her receptionist to call and leave me a message on the phone that I had osteoarthritis in both knees. There was no message for me to come in to see her to discuss the matter. I was pissed off that she wouldn't call herself and ask me to come in to see her.
To make a long story short I left her and now seeing a NP who I simply think a lot of and a person who cares about people and loves her job.
