Hi to all my friends, I just want to say since i joined this forum a few years ago its gone along way to re-install my faith in human nature, When i was diagnosed in 2014 i thought my world had come crashing down, I accidently came across this forum and to be honest have never looked back, Yes its great that i have all the fantastic support from family and am doubly lucky to get incredible support from work my boss told me nothing would be to much trouble which without that i wouldnt have been able to carry on working.
The one thing i find is being able to talk to fellow sufferers has allowed me to vent my frustrations on a particularly bad day but the main thing for me is not having to burden my family all the time when i do feel down and in pain i can just post and to talk to other people in similar circumstances i find understand so much more even than the medical professionals and can offer valuable advice on so many subjects.
So from me a massive thank you to you all and hope you are all feeling well today
Cheers

What a lovely post. It’s nice to hear the forum has helped you so much. I’ve not been here long but agree it’s good to have people who understand and have been in your shoes.

Thank you for your uplifting post, Phil. Even if just one person is helped, then a forum has served its purpose. I believe this one has helped many more. All the best to you.
Nicely put and with the humour too as well as constructive comments. We're not all the same and some are half a glass full, others half empty but my glass is raised to you. lol xx
