Mine is today I have hydrotherapy for the first time. My hip is bad and this may make the difference. .. tomorrow I have my consultation at hospital and I am not dreading it this time . Xxx
And I cannot mention the football
Wahoo xx my hydro was great but I ache all over but to be in the water was fab .. I also kicked ass with asos over pip. Got me nowhere but I felt powerful
I like this idea too , good to think of nice things for a change , just spoke to my daughter on the phone and she has wanted a pet for a long time and is adopting a beautiful cat , she sounded so excited , the kids will love him and he will be spoilt to death ! cheered me up as I have had a rubbish couple of days x
Missed the post yesterday so have two.
Yesterday: the sun shone all day & felt wonderful pottering in the garden without multiple layers with the warmth of the sun on my back.
Today: my eldest dog waking me up with a lick on my cheek as she does every morning. Rude awakening but made me feel loved (not that I'm not but fear for the day she won't be there to do it) Oh no I'm turning the happy day into a sad one. Better think of another one.......I''ll be back!
hello, i'm attending my third session of hydrotherapy on friday.......i found this so so helpful. the weightless, warm water brings almost instant relief. last friday we did some relaxation while in the pool......i could just float away i was so relaxed. highly recommended.
Right, thought of one, digging deep today unfortunately but I'm having my hair cut today & that always makes me happy as it means I'll not struggle so much styling it. Sad I know but that's me!
Had my hosp appt and finally on four week bloods wahoo
Also managed to spread word about my fav charity millies trust among the nurses
Can't mention the footy xxx !!!

I also had an easy on the eye consultant for a short while. Even at my worst I fair skipped to the appointments!
Okayyyyyy, thought norfolkjo was tad harsh (funny harsh) but now agree!!!Just don't go over the top & complement them with a boob tube (if you're of an age to remember what they were)!!l lol
Today's is we've just had a very positive viewing of our house (on the market at the mo, doing a Peter Kay - mum wants a bungalow!) They viewed next door but two end of last year & wanted that but couldn't put in an offer as hadn't sold theirs. They're cash buyers too & need to move quickly. Do hope I'm not being too optimistic
