Unbelievable groin pain

Lying here wanting to cry because I’m in so much pain in my groin, even just being still. It started quite suddenly and has just got worse in the last couple of hours. I have had it before and was told it could be related to my hip (ra) but I don’t generally get a lot of hip pain. Excruciating, just popped some naproxen and cocodamol so fingers crossed. It’s just super frustrating because if I stay in bed it will hurt but if I get up it will still hurt. Know what I mean? Ie there’s no comfortable position. Could be a long night

Oh Elmo. It's awful. Mine was a nerve pain apparently from hip into groin. It's awful. Yes painkillers worked but eventually doctor gave me I think it was pregablin tablets. Hot water bottle dud ease it short term.

Hope you got some sleep..... hot water bottles and stretching are things I fimd helpful.

Elmo i think you should get it checked out just to be on the safe side darling. I bet it must be very painful. Hugs.xxxx
