I know exactly how your feeling as I have been doing the same! I don't know if it's when I'm feeling down and overwhelmed with life or its the season/weather! I think it could even be the rebel in me! I know for certain that some foods cause me pain, stiffness and fatigue and ULCERS! because I have unintentionally experienced it. But to repeat the process is just stupid and I take full responsibility for my actions. Least I know for sure!!! New week starting so I will put this blip behind me. Yes, eating the ' wrong' foods can cause flares and pain. I can vouch for that!! Try Gabapentin, it's eased my Fibro pain. X

I’d be interested to know what foods you find a problem please? I suspect wheat is an issue for me, and interested in the experience of others

If you are coeliac, then surely wheat is impossible for you?
