I love milk and still allow it in cups of tea but on the whole know its not too good for me with RA as I don't do too good on it

so have not been having it in large amounts including cheese but wondered if blue cheese would be not the same?

You say it's not too good for you. Is that because you are lactose intolerant? As if it's because you are lactose intolerant then naturally aged hard cheeses, like cheddar, should be fine as have low lactose levels. Blue cheese have slightly more but should be ok. I'm lactose intolerant but find that reduced lactose milk is ok on my cereal, and don't have a problem with most cheeses.

If you don't eat dairy products then do be careful to make sure that your diet contains enough calcium, plus things like potassium.

I’ve heard dairy isn't good for us too. I’ve started using an almond milk creamer that is pretty good. If you want cheese, stick with the harder ones, not soft like blue cheese.

Why do you say it's not good for you? Is this an individual thing that you have found out, or are you thinking that because of something you read? If you can give some more detail, you might get other responses.

A2 milk has no casien which is the problem for inflammatory diseases and is ok to drink. Hard cheese like Reggio parmagiano is very healthy as well and is so good with a little grated over, well just about everything if your a cheese lover 😊

I had loads of cheese yesterday and wasn't any worse for it, I don't think my problems are cheese, I think it could be bread, and I have noticed I am better with a little wholemeal bread when I have had some gluten free something like gluten free rice crispes in the mornings, weather its because I have lined my stomach with something light and its gluten free in mornings first thing ,I don't know????????????????????????????
