That was really interesting minty. There are so many similarities to RD as well, unpredictable etc. Quite a few people on here seem to get it too; I’ve wondered as get random muscle pains, not just joints. Sympathise with their fear of not being believed either and looking normal on outside. Is there a link between the two?

That's ok Minty and yes, I can relate to this. Just had a massage after tea and scones with the pups to help. My friend uses Myofascial release techniques which help get those muscles moving and less painful. She reminded me to be kind to myself so I booked a wee week to Cyprus 😎

I have both. It took years to get diagnosed but my rheumy finally did. Pain docs scoff at that. But it is quite real. I often cannot tell which is which.

It's real alright. My muscles ache and tire so easily. On a positive note, massage , eucalyptus oil and steam room really helps as does stretching. Be careful to stretch with care. X

Thank you! I teach 4 year olds. Your class looks much calmer. Mine only sit like that when the food comes out! I appreciate the smile for today!

Ha Ha - Most of the time they were great! They move though when I mention the word 'biscuit' 😳
