I have them in the lower leg now with a swollen ankle my GP can't do anything about it they said I need to wait for the rheumatologist appointment in the 21 of may I can't walk with pain and swollen nobody listen to me

This might be helpful if you haven't already seen it.
I know its not much consolation but it does usually just go by itself. Taking NSAIDs helps with the pain (have you got some to take?) cold compresses and putting your legs up.
I presume you had a Chest X-ray before staring on your medication for Rheumatoid Disease? I guess your GP is concerned it might be something to do with your medication for RD, but it's not much consolation for you.
