I am due some time off end of may and it cannot come quick enough. I don't know what to do with the fatigue. Also I have no appetite and constantly feel full, bloated and to top it all off I have such a painful right knee pain that brings me to tears! The pain in my knee just started hurting even just laying down and even wakes me up
Do you think I ought to ring my rummey nurse?

~Hello Carlos, Are you anaemic? Many of us are early on but control the inflammation of RA and it should improve quickly. Also, you have a widespread inflammatory disease. Think of it like flu but without the virus. 'Flu makes people tired so does RA. Do not take extra iron if anaemic unless proven to be deficient. Excess iron is associated with an increased risk of heart attacks. No, just control the RA and it should improve fairly quickly.
No am not. I have recently changed over from injections to tablets. One day last week I was not tired for a whole day and it felt great, but ATM it seems to be all the time. I have my blood tests once a month and my blood pressure done and they have not red flagged my blood yet.
Think I know what you are feeling dragging your self to work, maybe a week sick leave, or a change in the hours may help, may be see gp? I'm struggling had a week holiday which helped, but it has worn off three days later! Xx
Bless you...know that feeling so well. I wake up exhausted!
Phone you nurse, sounds like things aren't quite right, particularly if you are waking up with pain.
