Any advice I've just had a major flare up self inflicted though done to much at work but since then my leg has fond pins and needles and it is about three times larger then the other one any ideas

Morning Loopyloo it is a common theme with us we think we can do more than we can and push ourselves to the limit and by then it's too late, have a well earned rest now and take it easy the next couple off days until you get your energy levels back up xxx
