Is it normal to have very bad swelling a week after having viscosupplement injections

As far as I'm aware there is usually some swelling afterwards, but it usually goes down. Not sure if time scale. I think if it's really very swollen it's worth getting it checked out. Do you have any pain or high temperature? If do definitely seek advice.

Since I've never had this myself I'm just going by what a friend experienced. If in doubt, check it out!

I'd get it checked out too, they may want to see you, a steroid injection may help. There can apparently be some swelling but it should have settled by now.

It’s been a week today since I had the injections it was stiff wesd but I can hardly bend it tonight and very swollen 🤦🏻‍♀️

Seems like long enough for any inflammation to die down, don't like you can't bend it so I would get them checked over.
