Hip Bursa

I belong to the Ra Uk Facebook page. The number of members who seem to have hip pain is increasing, I would be interested to see if this condition is becoming more prevalent with our condition/s.

I don't know whether it is becoming more prevalent but does seem common. It is linked to bad posture and back pain I believe.

And obesity and lack of exercise....... there are a lot of conditions that are getting more common as the average weight of the population rises.

Yes I know, I have a hip bursa it is so painful, stops me walking far and going upstairs is horrid. Had it since November, so getting sick of it now.

Does anyone know how long these bursa lasts, had mine 5 months now.

Yes I have it in left hip but I still manage body conditioning 2a week but put vitoral on it before I go and other hip and knees

I have hip pains, I find gentle yoga helps. I’m beginning to cross my legs although it’s a wide cross legs LOL!
