What is the best pillow for a side sleeper

I bought recently a triangle pillow I find it helps with positioning of arms wrists etc.

I sleep on my side and I bought this pillow to help my chest but it’s also helping my RA

I have problems with my wrists too.

I bought it in Aldi a couple of months ago. You can also find them on amazon too.

They are not that big but big enough to position my arms and hands.

You can get a long pillow that you can mould around it. I did consider this but thought I can get reall hot in bed so tried the V shaped pillow first.

Tempurpedic reg size ia best ever had. Never looses its shape, have had it 9yrs now

I've had my reg tempurpedic pillow for 8yrs & it's still in same exact shape as brand new. I suffer badly with osteoarthritis fibromyalgia & other spine health problems & its the only pillow for me as a only side sleeper
