I don't understand it but I am sleeping so much at the moment. I am getting up at about 10.00 in the morning and going back to bed by 6.00 - 6.30 in the evening and I do sleep straight thro. Much to long I thing , what to do ?

I don't know as I have the opposite problem and I'm quite jealous. Your body knows what it needs and is busy battling this nasty disease. Wishing you better

It’s ‘battling disease’, manwithnoname, precisely as Gnarli noted.

It’s a 24/7 battle that quietly ‘rages on’ that all our bodily energy expends ‘fighting’ ⚔️ 🤺 the war around the clock 🕐🕕🕚 , day 📅 after day 📆 after day 🗓 . . .

Your body is rightfully exhausted 😴 💤 from wrestling 🤼‍♀️ a never-ending battle each & every day.

[Maybe think of it as something like you’re body is running a marathon every day? 🏃‍♂️ . . .🏃‍♂️ . . .🏃‍♂️ Your body’s tired, exhausted, run-down from running it’s ‘daily marathon’. It needs a lot of sleep/ rest 🛌 to recuperate.]

Until disease/ inflammation 🔥 (the daily marathon) subsides — becomes ‘well managed’ — exhaustion will remain ‘the norm’.
