Got hit by the MTX sleep fairies 🧚‍♀️ last night bed at 945 and just woken up and not one wake up during the night.

Feel like I am in some guilty pleasure as I lay here listening to the swans in the fields behind us.

I woke up fatigued but just loving the fact I slept so well my new regime of sleep stories to help me deep breath and relax seems to be working😃

I always sleep so well on methotrexate day, it's the only night I'm guaranteed a good sleep!

Oh Deeb when I have a sleep un disturbed and i wake in that pocket of warmth I lie there for as long as I can a enjoy every moment . My own piece of heaven. It’s worth more than diamonds 💎 it’s so rare. Dead jealous😜
