Hubby phyrist appointment

Went to phyrist appointment with hubby this afternoon all went well .he wants my hubby to go to CBT to talk over his issues and change his way of negative thoughts etc think before he speaks .be less angry try to get on with son etc review 2mths with phyrist. Just phone if needed sooner .So only time will tell amy

Firstly, I’m sorry to read how tough it’s been for you and your son recently. It must be a relief to have finally got your husband to see someone.

I understand CBT can be really good and I would think it’s worth paying if your husband can see someone quickly. I hope it helps gets him over this tough time, best wishes to you both.
