For some unknown reason this app disappeared from my phone so I haven't been able to keep on touch

with you all I'm not feeling good at the moment and I had to take a break from himura since going back on i feel really bad, blisters on my lips and no appetite at the moment any one got any suggestions

Oh flip. Sorry to hear that and unhelpfully no ideas as never had that. I would just say do and have whatever gives you any comfort and relief and if I knew what would do that it would help. Well heres hoping things improve.

Oh bless you. What a lousy rotten time to feel poorly. I'm not on Humira so don't know what you could do. Is your help-line working or perhaps try 111? I hope you feel well enough to celebrate a little so Wishing you a happy and pain free Christmas.
