Sorry to have to tell you.

I found my Mum on the floor in her bedroom this morning. She has passed away and just now it all seems so odd and unreal. It was only yesterday she was telling me off for late meals and for her tea being too hot. I feel so lost but at least I wasnt alone when I found her. Thankyou all for caring and suggesting help with caring for Mum. As you can imagine I have a lot to sort out now and my brain feels like cotton wool. Sharon

Hello Sharon

I was so shocked to read your post having only read the earlier one this morning and was pondering on what sort of help might be available to you before replying.

I am so sorry to read of your Mum's sudden passing away. You have been so instrumental in caring for her and helping her to live a life with some quality. Whilst it is such a sad time for you and your daughters please try to take some consolation from the fact that her final days were spent with you in a caring and loving environment. You have done so much for your Mum and, although a little cross and bad tempered at times, possibly due to her feeling so unwell, I am sure she will have appreciated everything you have done for her. May she now rest in peace unburdened by the problems of recent times.

A lot for you to take in and consider Sharon but do take care of yourself at this very stressful time. We are all here for you and to offer the support you may need from time to time. Please feel free to message me if you wish.

Keep in touch Sharon,

Lyn x
