Waiting.

My mom called several clinics around us and we are waiting for a response to get us in. I hope soon because I’m getting low on the one medication that makes the pain not as bad as it could be and I basically depends on that sliver of pain relief to get about my day. My mom has also had the heat cranked so it’s been too hot in my room to have my heated blanket on so I’m on hardly any sleep as well.

We also have news that we will be getting a new camper which I’m excited for because I’ll actually have a room that’s a decent size and I’ll be able to actually call a room seeing as now I call my room a closet.

Hopefully you will get the treatment you need soon! I would look to the American Arthritis websites for providers near you!!!!

Glad to hear that you are getting a bigger room, I know how it is being cramped up in a small place!

Actually my mom is getting us in mainly to have a doctor refer a rheumatologist so they can’t deny me.

Good for her! It's hard to hear, as a mother myself, that no one wants to treat a child!

I| \hope you soon get the help you so badly need. You sound like you need a bigger room and also have you tried turning your heater off in your bedroom if that is possible.xxxx

Sadly it is not possible. It’s the same kind of ventilation system as a house except the vents don’t have the option to close them
