Recently I posted the WALK exercise and I think some of the RA patients may have problem to stand up for long, hence I found another link here for sitting down exercises and hope that this will help.

Thank you Amy_Lee! I could only manage 5 minutes of the WALK exercise (swollen feet) but have just done all of the sitting exercise which you posted... without any weights though - I'll aim to work up to using weights! Thanks again.

Take it slowly but consistently. I was not able to do much earlier, but I never fail to continue the daily exercises until I am in good shape now. However, it took me a long time to get back to my position though. Therefore, you need to be very patient with yourself and never give up.
I am going to post another fantastic achievement later hoping to provide good encouragement too other RA patient. You let me know what you think about me if you come across that.
