Pain from Arthritis

I also suffer from pain in my shins and the pain wakes me up at night. I have also experiencing the same pain while I am sitting. I do suffer from Osteoarthritis, RA and Gout. I recently stopped my Gluten as I am told that I have Gluten intolerant. Have to tape both my knees every day because of an injury I sustained 13 years ago when I fell. The pain is driving me up the walls as I sleep so little. I can handle the pain in my shoulders, hip and back but not my knees and down the legs. Specialist will not do a knee replacement until I cannot walk anymore. Mostly because of lack of funding in NZ hospitals. Anybody has a similar experience. If so how do you cope with it? Thanks
