So 3 weeks on and I feel ok with my meds just a headache

Try drinking a little more water to see if it will shift the headache... since taking MTX I practically drown myself to keep headaches at bay.

Good, but is the headache continual or can you relate it to a specific time before or after you take MTX Denise? x

I'd increase your intake of water on MTX day then as Ali has already suggested, see if that helps first. x

Maybe you should ask your doctor if you can have an increase in folic acid?

Ok on mine three weeks now. But do feel so tired the day i take it and the day after, i am going to take it at night now, thanks for info. I get headaches too but not bad as yet and yes i am drinking pints ..... of water. Keep going
