Benepali and Hay Fever

Hi

Been on Benepali 7 months and v happy so far.

Used to have bother with hay fever but was ok for 2/3 years and then this year - extreme hay fever!!

Tried antihistamines but these knocked me for six - could hardly lift my head off the pillow.

Have any of you folks on Benepali been adversely affected by hay fever?

I only started benepali in December and now that it is hay fever season I am suffering more than I ever have! I have never known hay fever to be this bad but I reckon it's because of our lowered immune system, so we can't fight off allergens as well as we used to

I’m also on Benepali and I get hay fever each year but it’s usually controlled with antihistamines (Fexofanidine)120 mg and eye drops,but this year it’s really bad.
