Do you mean ASOS? If so they have contracts to do ESA andPIP. It's Capita in some areas. The 2 assessment are completely separate although cover basically same things. Information from 1 is not accessible and vice versa. Something the government want to do AS mentioned in PIP review in March

As you know Asos is an agency who work on behalf of the DWP. I believe they used to deal with ESA but on their website it says (in their words) they 'exited' their contract for WCA (Work Capabilty Assessments) at the end of February 2015 & that from that date Maximus was the new provider. I believe Asos are still dealing with PIP assessments in Scotland, North East England, Yorkshire &Humberside, North West England, South East England, South West England & London.

From that I read that it should have been Maximus who would have done your ESA assessment Marcia, most odd! Is your paperwork relating to ESA from Asos?

Well I have the dreaded face to face assessment for PIP on the 20th of this month. Switching from DLA to PIP. I'm in the North West, but it's not asos it's good old atos health care. So even more confusing!!

Best wishes to all xx
