have pain in my back just were my lung starts on my left side went to doc yesterday was told today that I have lung infection. blood test showed high white blood count and x-ray was all clear. not Pneumonia just a lung infection put me on a zpack I am a 59 yr old smoker does any one else had this?

I love z pk..but I had bronchitis..i have Fibermyalgia and I have rib pain . Went through EKG and all sorts of things ..hope you feel better
