Similarities with other diet-based treatments with some quirky additions - like regular glasses of red wine. Maybe that's what makes it sound appealing!

I read an article about a food regime called "A Diet for Life"that said it would cure the symptoms of RA several years ago. My husband is the one with RA and I said I'd do it too but when I told him about all the things he couldn't eat he said "I'd rather be dead"! Something that includes red wine sounds far more palatable so we'll have to have a look at it
