Book written by Indian nutritional therapist who claims to have alleviated her own RA symptoms by diet alone. Wondering if anyone has read it and followed the advice? Similarities with other diet-based treatments with some quirky additions - like regular glasses of red wine. Maybe that's what makes it sound appealing!

I read an article about a food regime called "A Diet for Life"that said it would cure the symptoms of RA several years ago. My husband is the one with RA and I said I'd do it too but when I told him about all the things he couldn't eat he said "I'd rather be dead"! Something that includes red wine sounds far more palatable so we'll have to have a look at it
