Hi, yes this was added in to my regime as I had a lot of trouble with enthesitis. Had a lot of gastro side effects from it when I started, and to be honest no dramatic improvement although after about 3 months I tolerated it better, and now over a year on it still not sure if when I have better days it is the drug or the variability of the illness. Do hope it is smooth sailing for you if you try it and that it helps.

Hi scottiedottie , I was on Otezla from sept 2015 to Aug 2016, also for PSA, for me it helped the joints a lot after about 3 months bedding in but I had really bad gastro issues (but I also have Chrons disease), plus dizziness and general illness, however, lots and lots of folk in the states (the inspire forum) had good relief and the sickness dissipated after a few months so I would really hope you're in the ones where it settles down. One thing I found helped is anti sickness meds which really kept me going through the day. Maybe worth getting those and if affected try ginger tea to settle your tummy. Seems a really positive drug though and less intrusive than a biologic. Hope it works out, do give it time to work though.
