How can I get my arm from locking up

Oh no. Call your GP and get a steroid shot. What meds are you on?

I never had my arm lock, but my pointer finger did lock in the trigger position. A steroid shot made it normal again.

At the very early stage of RA, my figures continue to bend inwards. I could hardly force them straight. I tried as much as possible to force them straight and sat on them as long as I could. Sometimes I slept on them too. In this way I tried to force them to come back straight again.

It took many months to get back to a straight position. Then I started to bend them outwards as much as I could. Also, it took many months and now my figures open and close as normal. They look very normal like I had never have RA before. However, both hands took slightly different time to get back to their normal position and function.
