Rose hip pill for RA pain
Brilliant, thanks for that! Will try it!
We've discussed rose hip supplements quite a few times. Arthritis Reasearch conducted studies for use in RD & OA arthritisresearchuk.org/art... & The University of York conducted a study on OA patients back in 2009 crd.york.ac.uk/crdweb/ShowR...
As with all supplements best to discuss with your Rheumy if you're considering trying them 're possible interactions with RD meds.
Hmmmm, I've got rose hips growing in my garden. Usually leave them for the birds to eat in winter but maybe I need to start using them! Clemmie
I tried these for a while before I was diaognosed - the jury is out atm. Might ask my rheumatologist about them I'm October but my concern is: it's yet another pill! I seem to remember that I had to start with a loading supplement every day...
I have been taking GoPo for over 4 years - it has always been available from Boots so it's not new. It really helps with my OA in my neck but has no effect on the RD. The news article clearly says it is about treatment of osteoarthritis not rheumatoid.
