Sulfasalazine

Hi I wonder if anyone can give me any information about Sulfasalazine my partner is already on metheraxate and hydro but they don't seem to be working so consultant has now prescribed this awell.

I'm on the triple combination of MTX, hydroxy & sulpha and it works well for me. Similarly to your partner it was the last one added in to the mix, but got me into remission which was great. Beware the orange pee...and if your partner is male apparently it can change the colour of other things too - but that may be an urban myth!

I'm on same drugs. And helixhelix nothing else has changed colour 😂. Would love to know what it is the urban myth says changes?

Shame it didn't happen. It would save me having an all over spray tan to appear on 'Strictly come dancing. 😉

I'm on sulfa, hydroxy and mtx too. I had no side effects on sulfa, I am able to just pop them into my mouth like tic tacs. lol. Just remember to drink plenty of water.
