One thirty in the morning and no sleep again.........................
I'm up Sylvi. Had a painful shoulder the last few days & now my upper back has decided to join the party so trying to relax in the recliner hoping the warmth of my electric heat pad will ease it a bit. Sorry to hear I'm not alone being up at silly o'clock & hope you manage to get comfy enough to drop off. x
Thank you darling and i am sorry your downstairs as well. Its no joke night after night after night is it.xxxx
Hi Sylvi,
Sorry only just seen your post been watching tv.
I have slept for Britain since I got home - lovely break but boy it took every grain of energy that I had and paying for it now.Hubs had flu jab on Friday and he has had a reaction to it - first time ever and he's really poorly so we are both downstairs watched murder she wrote and bullseye- real high brow stuff eh?
Sorry you are still suffering with your back but it's Monday you get some treatment so it's not too far away so hang in there a bit longer.
Just hope they can sort something for you then.
Take care and try and get a bit of sleep if you can I know it's difficult.

I have had some sleep darling and only just woke up and i haven;r moved yet.xxxx
Morning.
I woke up about 15 mins ago.
Didn't get to sleep till nearly 6am.
Hubby had flu jab yesterday and for the first time ever he has had a reaction.I am also wondering if he has picked up some bug as well.He is hot, cold, sick aching and white as a sheet feels dizzy and faint and looks awful.
He came downstairs about 3 am and I sat up,with him until we both dropped off about 6 ish.felt so helpless as I couldn't do anything for him.He has gone back to bed now so hope he gets better today as he will have to take me to the renal unit tomorrow for an appt. and I need him to be with me.
Oh dear there's always something going on isn't there?
Just a normal pain free week would be so welcome.
Hope you feel better during the day.Stay where you are if you can and if it doesn't hurt you just got to hang in there till the morning- easy for me to say-and hopefully you can get some way to being sorted.
Take care .

Darling it could just be the reaction to the flu jab and hopefully he will be right in a couple of days. I did get some more sleep and i feel bright enough at the moment. I have done some pruning in the garden and i have stopped for a little while so as i don't overdo it as i am want to do. Hugs for you both darling.xxxx
Thinking about you Sylvi. I am also in a lot of pain particularly in my wrists & hands. Having an MRI beginning of Nov and then an app to see a surgeon. I hope you do get lots of relief tomorrow xx
Wishing Monday morning comes quickly for you lovely. Pleased you managed some sleep. Love me x
Hi Sylvi - I was up all night with hurricane Matthew and I should have gotten on here. I'm sorry your back is still so bad - Gentle hugs and hopes for a better tomorrow..
Thank you darling. I hope you were all safe over there.xxxx
We are actually excellent - Thank you so much for asking - Huge branch through the roof, massive tree uprooted and fell on the vehicles, but DH, our sweet kitty (she is my avatar), and I are all fine. The rest can be recovered. Now if the silly thing would just leave!!! Sheesh, it's been 16 hours, over a foot of rain and wind gusts up to 60 mph. You would think it would be tired of the East Coast by now, ha ha. Have a good day!
Hi back and sorry to hear about your sleepness night. Last week my back got into a spasm in the night. I only crawled around and whimpered in pain. I know what you are going through. I also put a message on the forum looking for help but after all it was in the middle of the night and unlucky for me everybody seemed to have been asleep, so I thought. I have now from my GP liquid morphine in case it happens again. Well I don't know if I have the mental and physical strength to go through more nights like I had. I hope you will be able to sleep tonight and that your pain is not as bad. Anyway always remember you are not alone .
Hi Sammy - I got a viral respiratory infection a few years ago, and I coughed so much I pulled a rib. I did the same thing, just sit in one spot, try not to breathe, and whimper for hours until I could get to the ER. You have my utmost sympathy. I take Demerol now when the RA gets that bad.
