Swimming update.

I took your advice and bought a 1 piece swimming costume a size larger than needed. I was concerned that the top might come down when swimming. Today i have been for a swim in my new costume. No problems putting it on, no problems when swimming, and no problems taking it off after the swim. 😊 Many thanks to you all for your help. 😊

Glad you've been able to take the plunge........( sorry for the pun couldn't resist it)

But glad that the advice you were given has helped you to be able to get to do your swimming without any difficulty.

Keep it up.

Take care.

What you can do is put an elastic band across the back , I have had the problem of the slipping shoulders not nice...happy swimming .I am trying to pluck up the courage to get back into the pool after lumbar spine surgery some while ago!!

Hugs to all

Even though i knew the meaning, just googled hoik. Its slang probably originated from 'hoist' and is thought to be a mix of hoist and hike 😊 so yes hoik is a word. Lol
