It is pouring rain and I have a killer migrain. Time to surrender. Oxycodone will only help for two hours but it is enough to take the edge off. My vaporizer died on me grrr

My wife suffers from migraines very bad and has vomiting and visual disturbances as well the doctor gave her Pizotifen as a preventative and Maxalt melt should one get through and they are a great boon as her migraines are becoming less now

Hope you are feeling better now? Xx

Migraines are awful - you have my full sympathy. If you get them a lot, have you tried taking Propranolol? I take a 40mg tablet twice daily, and it prevents my migraines almost entirely. It does make my Raynaud's worse, but I would rather deal with that than the migraines. If I do feel a migraine coming on, I immediately take a Sumatriptan tablet, which usually does the trick. The worst ones are when you wake up in the night with a migraine which is already bad, but I haven't had that since taking the Propranolol.

Take care, xx
