Well we left Polperro at 10am yesterday and got in home at three. Then we had to rush round to unpack get bathed ready for a veterans do last at 6.30pm, needless to say it was 7pm before we got there. Lovely evening was had and got home about 10pm and by the time we had our cocoa and got undressed it was gone 11pm. I slept until 5am this morning whereby my back woke me up and i came down here and took my pils and had a cup of tea. I didn't realise how good the sea air was on my joints as this morning my hands are sore again. My eyes won't focus properly either,they seem to have a mind of their own. I have also nodded of to sleep as i feel so tired and i have the heat on my back. The only saving grace this morning is it is sunny which means i can get out in my garden. Everything seems to have grown twice as fast and there is a lot to do,not that i think i will be much good,but i will make an effort if nothing else.xxxxxx

Morning Sylvi, Glad you had a safe journey home and what sounds like a lovely holiday. Beautiful picture, was it taken in Polperro? The bay is so dramatic there.

Cutting the back lawn and trying to sort it our as well as tidying up the back garden,thank heavens our next door neighbour cuts the front one for me.xxx
Pleased you're home safe & sound Sylvi. I wish I could say I feel better for living on the coast but no, it's raining & damp & boy do my joints know it! Maybe it was a little warmer for you in Polperro than home. There's only one thing for it.... move to Cornwall, if only you could get that on prescription eh?! x
It is raining here in the Midlands as well and yesterday i was grumpy as hell and not quite right in myself. Then today it is pouring with rain here. Polperro wasn't cold at all and very little rain as well. Hugs darling.xxxxx
