night sweats and ligament going like rope

has enyone experianced night sweats and ligament attachment point bellow the knees feel like rope and clunking under the knees.

is this due to predistone im only on 5mg for 2 years and im sure this stuff is the devil

I am on prednisone 10mg daily for my ra and I don't have the problem u have with it but then we can all react differently.

I've been on and off steroids for forty years and most recently regularly for the last ten. Several times I have reduced dose or even stopped but then had a flare and had to restart. They make such a difference to my ability to live life that I would not by any means call them the devil! But everyone reacts differently to treatment - but could it be your condition rather than the treatment that is causing problems?

Yes I do have sweats at night and also during the day, They are like the ones you get through the change for women !! I do take steroids sometimes but get these when I am not on them.
