NRAS Group Meetings—Week Commencing 23rd May 2016
Salisbury NRAS Group
The Salisbury NRAS group meet on the last Wednesday of every other month from 6:30pm-8:30pm at Sarum College, 19 The Close, Salisbury, SP1 2EE (free parking available).
25th May - Guest speaker Alexa Crook, Occupational Therapist at Salisbury Hospital will present 'Gadgets and aids to help with exercise'
St Helens NRAS Group
The group meets every other month in Room 8 at St. Helens Town Hall, Victoria Square, St. Helens, WA10 1HP from 6.30pm to 8pm. There is a free car park at the back of the Town Hall (take first right off Birchley St) and disabled access via a lift to the left of the front steps.

Greater Glasgow & Clyde NRAS Group

Next meeting: Thursday 26th May from 7.00pm - 8.30pm
Guest speaker: Gordon Hendry, Lecturer in Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation at Glasgow Caledonian University will speak to the group about the research being done at the University and ways that the group can help the research.
Meeting to be held at: Tesco Rollox Community Room at Tesco St Rollox Extra, Cobden Rd, Glasgow, G21 1YL. Tea, coffee and biscuits available - all welcome.
Wirral NRAS Group
The Wirral area NRAS group have a new venue and are now meeting at Asda Arrowe Park Superstore, Woodchurch Road, CH49 5PD on the last Thursday of every month from 7:00pm - 9:00pm. (Please go to the customer services desk where someone will show you to the meeting room).
26th May - Melanie will be talking about Aloe Vera and RA - this talk has been arranged by the group coordinators as they feel it would be of interest to the group.
You, your family, friends and healthcare professionals are all very welcome to attend and you don’t have to be a member of NRAS to attend a group meeting!
