Hi everyone sorry not been on for a while right hand is giving me hell,now fingers swelling up can't hardly bend them also pain in wrist and arm I'm off to see a orthopaedic surgeon on the 21 st of this month my go thinks it's carpul tunnel  so I've no idea what the surgeon will suggest also foot is playing up again keeps swelling and pain 😭

It might be worth asking your GP for a referral to the hand clinic while you are waiting for surgery.

 They can supply hand splints which while limiting, help with pain. You can even sleep in them

Hi. I saw an occupational therapist at my hospital. I was given wrist/hand splints to wear when doing jobs and it does stop the pain in hands and wrists. Also some Lycra fingerless gloves that come up past the wrist and they help with swelling.
