Good morning everyone,it is a very sunny day here in the Midlands, wish i could say i feel sunny, but i don't. My back is still playing up and the pain from it is going down my leg and it hurts to walk on it. I have rested, but with no luck. Have rang the drs for a refferal for Lidocaine infusions again. My whole right side is in a lot of pain and that is where my RA started in my right hand, well it is very sore still. I am not on steroids or Tramadol and i can't take morphine,so it is good old paracetamol and codiene to get me through.
I love my little garden and so want to work in it,but at the moment i am afraid to go out there in case i make myself worse than i already am. So i have decided to wear pink today in the hope of cheering myself up. Hugs to you all.xxxx

Aw Sylvi. I hope being in pink brightens your day as your pic's brightened mine. x
The colour pink cheers me up too. I bought a fluorescence pink raincoat yesterday LOL!!!! I'm sorry you are in pain. Maybe if you rest today, you will be able to work in the garden tomorrow.
It is raining in the lowermain land (Vancouver, BC) and I wish I could go work in my garden.
sorry you are still in pain, I live in the midlands (Leicester) to be exact and its dull and the wind was getting up as i came in. I have just fetched by insoles and they make walking very painful. Got to persevere with them, gradually . Start with a hour a day and upwards, till I'm used to them. They make me hold my feet outwards so that the instep is not weight bearing. I dont know if this is right but that is how it is. I will find out later.
Hope you get some help with your injections they never helped me.
Sending you hugs which i hope will give you some encouragement. XXXX
Yes that is right . I dont like driving on the motorway only done it once.
How are you today. I have a very sore mouth. It could be related to Crohns or tablets not sure which. I have this every so often it usually goes of after a few days. I use a mouth wash and that does it. If it hasnt gone before the end of the week i will go doc.
