Thank you Padram

After your last post I did some reading and decides that I was coming up as Pitta

Your list here has confirmed that for me and so Thankyou for giving me something else to work in alongside my usual medicines

My diet has already been stripped down drastically through trial and error and rather unsurprisingly this list contains most of the goods I do and can eat without issue!

It's very kind of you to share this info with others and if there is anything else you can think if or any reading/websites that you think may be of help then i will happily take note too lol!! 😊

Hi iAce, we are all here to help each other. When I was first diagnosed with ITP, I was clueless and found this site after a lot of searching. The PDSA.org was very helpful too. Then when I was diagnosed with RA, (after almost 30 years, because except for fatigue I had no outward symptoms. Of course my wrist pain was assumed to be because of too much housework, along with sewing, knitting and crochet.) I got a lot of info from this site. Actually all the posts on how meds were giving a lot of side effects made me turn to diet. Will definitely inform about sites if I come across. I just wanted to let people know that even if they cannot stop their meds, one person has found some success with diet alone.

I would like to tell you one more aspect . Our body will be healthy if all 3 DOSHAS are in unison. Sometimes, even if you are predominantly PITTA, the other 2 DOSHAS might be overactive . At such times, since we can tell from looking and feeling our joints, you can try food that will pacify that particular DOSHA? That is why I gave the 3 charts separately.

All the very best.
