TO everyone who replied to my previous post thank you.
I forgot to mention I have also developed shaky hands. It can happen when I'm holding a cup or cooking. I have hypothyroidism and Raynauds so don't know if it's connected. I'm having my vit d and b12 levels done with my dmard bloods on thursday so may get an answer

"benign essential tremor" is probably the commonest cause - a nuisance but not an indication of anything serious. But you really need a diagnosis, so ask for one!
