Thought it was going to be a good day.......................

Well got up feeling quite well this morning and thought after i had got dressed i would polish everywhere upstairs. Well i got dressed, mopped the bathroom floor, then i made the bed which is made easier for me as i don't have to bend as it is a rising bed. So that was done and though i felt hot i still felt relatively good. So i get the polish out and proceeded to polish our bedroom. By the time that was done the sweat was pouring off me and i felt very fatigued,my ankle on my right side started to hurt and feel very warm. My breathing isn't good this morning, but after that little bit of housework i did it was dreadful. Now i have had to stop and come and sit down in front of the fan until i cool off. So friends thats me done for the day i am afraid. I now feel exhausted but happy that i got something done at least. Hugs to you all.xxxxxx

Ps, this is my darling hubby who takes great care of me and does everything for me.xxxxx

Haha Sylvi, that's more housework than I could manage in 3 days! Mopping the floor does me in for about a week! So well done, and remember to PACE YOURSELF, my dear! :D :D

You've made me feel a right mucky mare Sylvi! I've not vacuumed nor polished since Thursday when my h was out from under my feet at cardio rehab & he ironed his own shirt this morning, at one time he'd never had been allowed to do that as it was always my job!

You rest up for the day now. x

My son is vacuuming for me (for cash!) and I've not polished since about 1986! ;)

Take care of yourself & your lovely husband. The housework can wait but your health can't.

If your like me it's big step's and little UN's each day just keep settings them goal's

you have done well sylvi. love photo of hubby although he does look a bit camera shy.

try a damp disinfectant cloth in stead of polish I have done this since my son was diagnosed with asthma 23 years ago and it really made a difference. I know you are asthmatic so why I suggested this.

take care lots of hugs.

I understand completely! I'm in a horrid flare (has been going on for over a month now and getting worse every day) and haven't been able to do much of anything. But sometimes you just have to get up and get things done. I did that one day last week and really pushed myself to do what had to be done to the house. I was almost in tears when finished and just fell into my chair and didn't hardly move the rest of the day!

Your husband looks like a really nice man. My husband is the same. He is so upset that I'm so poorly right now and gets very frustrated that he can't help me and make me feel better. Not sure what I'd do without him!
