Yesterday i felt i was starting to want to stay on the bus as i started to feel brighter. I felt cheerful and in not as much pain. What a different story today is. I stayed in bed until 7.30am which for me is a lay in,but my fingers hurt even now at 8.50am. My ankles feel horrible as well. As to my eyes well i want to take them out and swap them for a pair that doesn't hurt and look horrible. I am very chesty as well even though the doctor says there is no infection in my chest. I know i am asthmatic, but this still feels like i have something there.I am having my eyes tested this afternoon and then onto the doctors to see what they can do for me,even though i don't hold out much hope for any answers. My bloods don't show inflammation then why am i feeling so rubbish. I know it is going to rain this afternoon by the weather forecast, but my body is telling it is going to happen.
Anyway i might ring the bell on the bus and get the driver to stop at the seaside somewhere hot where i can get some relief from all this suffering.xxxx

I'm not surprised you felt brighter, if that we the view from the bus that is & not from another trip out! Sorry it"s not such a good morning though, maybe you'll have some answers from your GP to ease your mind.
I'm feeling frail this morning, getting over a sudden migraine yesterday morning, out of the blue not had one for ages then wham, full blown attack. Hugs for us both today Sylvi. (x)
Aw thanks Sylvi. My mum had terrible ones when I was little but mine seemed to be hormone related & just the one day. Only had the odd one since the menopause thankfully but it still takes it out of me. Nowadays it's the extra hurt my body feels following one that takes time to get over, that & not taking my meds on an empty tum. x
Sorry to hear your not so good, I live 5 minutes from the beach, it bright but not sunny unfortunately, soon be Spring though and we can all play hopscotch again lol.
Well i have had a virus and as i have chronic fatigue it will take me longer to recover from anything. It is the chronic fatigue which is causing all my problems. I am having a thiroid blood test done just to rule that out.xxx
I love the title isn't it great when we get that giddy little unexplained lift, i went to the coast on Saturday it was bright but cold but lifted my spirits.
I know for certain the high pressure and Warmer climate help reduce pain and improve movement, Tenerife on the nhs anyone ?
