I have this strange pain that happens in my left arm whenever I press down on my middle finger, as if I was trying to crack it. The pain doesn't exactly shoot down my arm, but happens in the middle area of my arm, as if pushing down on my middle finger somehow triggered this pain. Does anyone have any explanations or ideas as to what this is?

It may be a trapped nerve, it happens with RD if you have an inflamed joint. If you're not seeing your Rheumy or nurse any time soon your GP should be able to pinpoint the source & may offer a steroid injection to bring down the inflammation.
If you don't have RD (Rheumatoid Disease) & I hope you don't, see your GP anyway, best not leave it to worsen if something can be done now.
Hope its easily diagnosed.
