Just thought you may all like a smile.

Tottie is 13 has spondylitis and O A in her knees.

Her tips are a good roll in seaweed whilst on holiday. Chicken dinner and a snooze by the Yorkshire range.

Hope you all have a good day.

Bless her, what great advice! Hope she's doing ok, Keegan as well, oh & you too?!!

You've brought back happy memories, my nan had a Yorkshire range, I remember her black leading it, don't think they'd have been happy memories for her though! I had the best pikelets ever toasted on the end of a toasting fork & slathered with butter, nom nom. x

We have had pikelets too and teacakes oh and of course chestnuts.

Keegan has ran his little legs off.

Hope you two are both keeping well.

My f-i-l brought us some chestnuts back from Spain last week but we've not had any yet. We're sort of ok, spent the day at hospital, my h started iron infusions this morning but had to break off to attend an appointment with his heart Surgeon then went back to the PCU to finish the infusion. Just got home, shattered. Hope all is ok with you? x

Crikey he is going through it. Do hope things settle soon.

I have had problems been unwell for weeks. Had another depot injection last Thursday and thankfully feel much better. It's my birthday today and we have been on holiday since Friday. I was worried about spoiling things and being a misery.

We love Northumberland and it is very chilled up here.

I'm sorry to hear things haven't been good but pleased the steroids helping. Long may it last.

Happy birthday! I hope you enjoy what's left of the day & the rest of your holiday. x

So nice to hear them called pikelets!! Makes me feel homesick. Here they are called crumpets. M x

Same recipe in our neck of the woods Mavis, they're just thinner & bigger. I prefer them truth be told as they toast crispier. Trust all's well, or as well as etc? x

Tottie is spot on! And presumably also has skills as a trainer as she takes her human out for exercise too.... Not sure that the wet dog and seaweed smell by warm range goes too well with piklets tho!

She is a good girl Helix. And yes she makes you go out for a walk.

As for aroma she loves it for us well a bit toxic.

They have dried fish skins for treats you should smell my rucksack when we go out for walkies 😀
