Somebody please give me some advice going back to see consultant tonight at 7 how can I convince him to do something positive about my oa in my. Left knee

Sorry I can't help Denise, mine just keeps telling me to exercise, rest it & keep taking the meds but it's nowhere near op time for me. Hope you can convince yours that it needs sorting & at least you'll have the opportunity to say the hip injection wasn't effective! x

Ask him whether high tibial osteotomy is an option for you. Savage operation, but often delays need for replacement by many years.
