Good afternoon everyone, I am still here being good as well. I feeling very lethargic to be honest. Yesterday I polished the front half of the lounge and used the cobweb brush all downstairs and I also did the ironing as well and I thought I did very well. Now today I think I am paying the price as I don't have an ounce of go in me at all. I mustn't forget that though I felt good for once I am still chronically ill.
Diet wise I am doing alright and I am thinking how quickly this time is going. A week on Sunday is my day of the op. Hugs everyone.xxxx

I'd be lethargic with gallons of milk sloshing around inside me! But well done you - I've given up on ironing and have learnt to appreciate cobwebs....
I wish I could ,but I have a ironing press which makes things a lot easier for me. I hate cobwebs no end so that is why the cobweb brush came, perhaps I should have left it at that , but no I couldn't I always over do it when I am feeling well.xxxx
Wow, you have been a busy little bee. There's nothing worse than looking up when you have visitors in and seeing a big cobweb running all the way along my spotlight track. I suck my cobwebs up with the vacuum tube. Hope you feel less tired soon and the best of luck with the milk and yoghurt diet and the operation. 😉
Good for you!! You will be absolutely AMAZED after the surgery at how very little will totally fill you up! Now at almost 11 years after my surgery, I still marvel at how little I can eat and be so very satisfied. I can go to a favorite Mexican food restaurant now and my husband and I share a meal. I can't believe that I used to eat a whole plate by myself. And I now realize that "nothing tastes as good as thin feels!" I can now walk without getting winded and don't have to worry about "fitting" on a plane seat. Little joys, but joys none-the-less. You keep up the great work!!
